Augmented Reality is an emerging technology which will provide multiple benefits across many industries in a variety of ways. AR is a technology that allows 3D models which have been developed to exact scale, and surface rendered to look amazingly real, to be superimposed on a real world background. With our vast experience of ERP systems and our background in Omni-retail systems we have embarked on an investment which started in March 2018, to introduce software solutions for us in the furniture industry. Going forward, once our plan to carry out Industrial Research has been completed, we will be packaging AR apps for use in a variety of areas within the furniture sector. To date we have completed a number of prototype apps which we plan to package into commercial for the furniture industry.

The basic principles behind the apps we have developed R&D prototypes for emanate from Augmented Reality environments created by the key players on the world stage, each of whom have made multi-£billion investments and continue to do so:

ASL AR apps have been researched, developed and designed to be available on ARKit and ARCore, specifically for the furniture industry. After considerable effort we now have apps which, with further innovative input, can be used commercially in the furniture industry: Watch this space!
